Forecasting systems based on artificial intelligence in the proactive maintenance of buildings

Ready

What is the objective of the experiment?

Our objective is to use data to find out whether artificial intelligence can be used in locating possible deviations in properties and buildings in a precise and reliable manner, whether AI technologies can use data to produce a quick, detailed and generic model that can be used as a basis for object maintenance, and to consider a platform for several models. Correctly timed maintenance operations on property infrastructure results in savings.

What tangible measures will the experiment involve?

Literature reviews and reports and analyses of data provided by construction sector companies.

What are the expected results of the experiment?

We hope that the experiment will result in a basis for creating a generic model for preventive building maintenance.

Who benefits from the results of the experiment?

Actors in the construction sector and the University of Jyväskylä.
