All the paperwork involved in property transactions at just one click

Ready

Senate Properties and Turre Legal are automating the paperwork involved in property transactions. The online service they are developing will reduce the number of errors and speed up the transactions.

What kind of problem is the project trying to solve?

A property transaction requires that the seller gather, produce and share the information on the property and transfer it into the agreement. The information is scattered in various locations and a major part of preparing for the transaction involves information management. This work phase incurs expenses, slows down the transaction and leads to errors. Errors in sharing or transferring information will bring about expensive damages.

Objective: Property transaction at one click

The project digitalises data collection and sharing involved in property transactions. The elimination of the manual work phases saves time for the lawyers working on the transaction, allowing them to serve the customer better.

What is done in this project?

An online service will be produced in the project that integrates the information systems of Senate Properties that sells 150 properties a year, public databases, online marketplaces and the transaction interface of the Finnish property register.

What are the expected results of the experiment?

The online service reduces the number of errors in property transactions, increases the quality level of the transactions and speeds up the process.

Who benefits?

The online service benefits property owners, buyers and sales people who work on the real estate sector.
