Pinspire combines residents' moving arrangements during piping renovation

Ready

Pinspire is developing a platform for collective acquisition for sites undergoing renovation, especially piping renovation. The residents of a housing company can collectively order moving services or other additional services.

What kind of problem is the project trying to solve?

Piping renovation has not been considered to be an open process or one that takes the residents into consideration. The collective acquisition platform Pinspire enables the selection of furniture, furnishing, other renovation work, storage of movable property and other services in the entire housing company undergoing piping renovation.

Objective: A better piping renovation project

The service provides an easier and more convenient piping renovation experience to the residents living in the property.

Who benefits?

The owners of the apartments and the housing companies benefit from the better service experience and more affordable prices in collective acquisition.

What were the outcomes of the experiment?

The objective of developing a prototype and testing it has been to gain an understanding of the market potential, consumer behaviour and the products and services that may be acquired collectively.

The project will now continue through further development of the collective acquisition process. Pinspire investigates how non-diginatives can be inspired to use the service connection. In addition, the aim is to expand the offered services.
