This sub-project involves creating a shared, broad-based and established information model for real estate investment and management as well as shared interfaces for service channels. The preparatory project has been launched and is mainly carried out by KTI Property Information Ltd. RAKLI and a background group comprised of real estate investors, owners, and managers also participate in the work and evaluation.

Information models for essential processes, i.e. rental and maintenance activities, serve as the starting point for the definitions. The results of the harmonisation sub-projects 2 and 7 will also be assessed from the perspective of real estate ownership and use. At the definition phase, an implementation plan will be prepared for a possible experimental project.
