Blok makes the sale of an apartment without an agent simple and easy. This web service automates the laborious stages of selling an apartment, and offers, among other things, an indicative price estimate, professional photography, an automatically prefilled apartment advertisement, an offer to purchase and a deed of sale. The owner of the apartment presents it to prospective buyers independently and takes care of the transaction him/herself. Through the service, it is also possible to receive, accept and reject offers received for the apartment with an electronic signature.
The aim of the Blok pilot is to find out whether there is a demand in the housing market for a new kind of service, which automates the independent sale of an apartment and provides a solution to the most laborious stages of the sales process. Blok’s pilot project charts the needs of independent sellers of apartments (so-called difficulties, benefits, tasks) and establishes how well the service meets them. The survey is documented as a customer path and is used to further develop the service.
The project is being implemented in cooperation with 5-10 private apartments sellers. The aim is to carry out 1-5 housing transactions in the first half of 2017, using the service.
