Analytics and integration of indoor data
The primarily public materials available in the archives maintained by the building supervision of municipalities and towns may not as such be suitable for all kind of professional use. This project collaborates with city organisations that use digital sales services for architectural drawings. We are interested in testing at which point, in connection with digital orders, is it possible to also submit the order directly to a service provided by CubiCasa, thus enabling different, new delivery formats for various applications.
The technical objective of this experiment is successful integration between the systems. A wider objective is to provide more opportunities and more efficient service to the end user.
If the integration is achieved and the service is successful, a cost-effective ecosystem which can be expanded to comprehensive use in the public sector is created.
A further goal is to promote the availability of open data in the field of real estate technology in Finland.
We also want to cooperate with the city organisations which have already introduced a digital sales service for building drawings.
By now, CubiCasa already cooperates with, e.g. the City of Oulu in connection with 3D urban planning via a shared integrated interface.
Depending on the leave arrangements at the partner organisation, the experiment will be launched at the latest in August. We will check up on the progress of the pilot at suitable intervals and will also keep a journal of the progress of the project.
